We create Bassett’s most versatile cutting board from a medley of white oak, cherry, maple, and walnut hardwoods already in our artisan’s hands for furniture building. This allows us to use as much of each tree as possible. Use your professional skills for chopping on the flat side; carve (and even serve) meat on the side with the perimeter well.
